1. Agreement

By using futcoins.gg or placing an order through it, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Cookie Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or order.

2. Who runs this site

futcoins.gg is operated by Futcoins ("we", "us"). We publish prices and information and provide support. Checkout and delivery are run by our partner Onlyfarms on its storefront at onlyfarms.gg, where its own terms also apply. If something goes wrong with an order placed through this site, you can still come to us and we'll handle it with the partner.

3. Who may order

You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority in your state if higher, to order on your own. Younger users may order only with a parent's or guardian's consent, and that adult accepts these terms on their behalf. The site isn't meant for children under 13. By ordering you confirm that the payment method is yours to use and that the EA account you name is yours or used with its owner's permission.

4. What you're buying

You're buying a service: delivery of EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team coins to the club you name. Once delivered, the coins are subject to EA's rules. We aren't affiliated with or endorsed by Electronic Arts Inc. EA's User Agreement forbids buying coins from third parties, and EA may remove coins, limit features or suspend accounts it links to such purchases. By ordering, you accept that risk. We can't control EA's decisions or promise how EA will treat any account.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars, using our partner's own figures, and follow the market until you pay. You're charged the total shown on the partner's checkout before you confirm. Any fee your bank adds, such as for a card in another currency, is between you and your bank. An order is accepted when the partner confirms payment. We may cancel an order before delivery starts if the details look wrong, the payment can't be verified or the order breaks these terms; you then get a full refund.

6. Delivery and your part in it

Delivery is by Comfort Trade: you add your EA login and backup codes, or a one-time EA code, on the partner's order page, and an agent adds the coins to your club through the Web App with ordinary trades. Most orders take 10–45 minutes; larger ones may arrive in batches. During delivery you agree to keep your EA login and codes unchanged, stay out of Ultimate Team on every device including the Web App and Companion app, and reply if support asks for a new code. We never ask for your PlayStation, Xbox, Steam or Epic password.

7. Guarantee and refunds

Every order carries a 72-hour guarantee, described on the guarantee page. When a refund is due, and how to ask for one, is set out in the Refund Policy. Refunds go back to the original payment method through the partner's checkout.

8. Chargebacks

If there's a problem with an order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your card issuer; it's usually the fastest way to a fix, and it doesn't take away any right your issuer gives you. If a chargeback is filed in bad faith on an order delivered as agreed, we may decline future orders.

9. What's not allowed

• Using a payment method you aren't authorized to use, or any other fraud.
• Ordering delivery to an EA account you have no right to use.
• Reselling the service or presenting yourself as us or our partner.
• Scraping, overloading or probing the site for weaknesses.

10. Liability

We take reasonable care but can't promise the site will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for actions EA takes on your account, delays outside our reasonable control such as EA server outages, problems caused by wrong details or skipped delivery steps, or indirect losses. Where we are responsible for a problem with an order, our liability is limited to redelivery or a refund of that order. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, or your rights as a consumer under the law of your state.

11. Changes

We may update these terms when the service, the partner's checkout or the law changes. The date at the top shows the current version; an order is governed by the version in force when you placed it.
