Refund Policy
Plain rules on getting your money back for an order placed through futcoins.gg.
Payment for orders placed through this site is taken by our partner Onlyfarms at onlyfarms.gg, so refunds are paid back through that checkout, and the partner's terms apply as well. Everything else about orders is in our Terms of Service.
Full refund
- Nothing was delivered. If none of the coins reach your club, you get the full amount back.
- We cancel the order. If we cancel before delivery starts, for example because the payment can't be verified, you get the full amount back.
Partial refund
If delivery stops partway and can't be completed, you keep the coins that arrived and get a refund for the rest. Before refunding, we try to finish the delivery. Problems covered by the 72-hour guarantee are resolved with a redelivery or, if that isn't possible, a refund.
When a refund isn't possible
- Delivered and spent. Coins in your club that have been spent or traded on can't be taken back, so that part of the order can't be refunded.
- Delivery steps not followed. If you logged in during delivery, changed your EA password or codes mid-order or gave wrong details, we'll work with you to finish the order first. A loss caused by those steps may not be refundable.
- Change of mind after delivery started. Once an agent has begun moving coins, the order can't be canceled just because you no longer want it. Before that point, contact us right away and we'll check whether it can be stopped.
What counts as delivered
An order is delivered when the coins are in the club of the EA account you named, as shown by the balance in the game or the Web App. Large orders arrive in batches, so a partly filled balance mid-delivery isn't a failure. If you're told the order is complete but the balance doesn't match, contact us with your order number.

- We check the order with our partner and reply with the outcome.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. How fast the money appears depends on your bank or card issuer.
