Privacy Policy

Scope

This policy covers futcoins.gg and the messages you send us. Payment and delivery happen on our partner's storefront, which has its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Server logs. Our host records technical details of each request, such as IP address, browser, page and time, to keep the site running and protected from abuse.
• Your messages. If you email us or use the contact form, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach, such as an order number.
• No payment data. Card numbers and Apple Pay or Google Pay details are entered on the partner's checkout and never pass through this site.

There are no accounts on this site, and we don't use advertising trackers.

Checkout and order data

When you continue to checkout, you go to onlyfarms.gg, the storefront of our partner Onlyfarms. The partner collects what it needs to take payment and deliver the order, such as your email, billing details and order history, under its own policy. We may receive order details from the partner (order number, platform, amount, status) to answer your questions and handle guarantee or refund requests.

Your EA login

For Comfort Trade delivery you enter your EA login and backup codes, or a one-time code, on the partner's order page, not on this site. They're used only to deliver your coins. Change your EA password and generate new backup codes once delivery is complete.

Who we share data with

• Onlyfarms, our checkout and delivery partner, when your question concerns an order.
• Cloudflare, which hosts the site and serves its pages.
• Google, which serves the site's fonts and so receives your IP address when your browser loads them.
• Our email provider, which stores and carries messages you send us.

We don't sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose it when the law requires or to protect users, our partner or ourselves from fraud.

How long we keep it

Server logs are kept briefly by our host and deleted on its schedule. Support messages are kept while your question or order is open and afterward as long as needed for claims, disputes or legal duties. Anything else is deleted when it's no longer needed.

Your rights in US states

If you live in California, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold and how we use it, to delete it, to correct it and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Residents of several other states have similar rights. We don't sell or share personal information, but you may still send any of these requests, and using your rights won't affect how we treat you.

To make a request, email [email protected] with "Privacy request" in the subject. Tell us which right you're using and, for an order, add the order number and checkout email. We may ask for a detail to confirm it's you. An authorized agent may act for you with your signed permission. We'll respond within the time your state's law sets. For data the partner holds, we'll pass your request on or point you to the right contact.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information, consistent with COPPA. If we learn we have, we delete it. A parent or guardian can write to [email protected].

Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and only the people answering support can read support messages. No system is perfectly secure, so use an EA password you don't use anywhere else and change it after each order.
