How Comfort Trade delivery works
Comfort Trade is the method our partner runs today. After you buy, you add your EA login and a backup code on the order page. A delivery agent signs in to the FC 27 Web App, buys and sells cards on the Transfer Market so the coins end up in your club, and signs out. You don't list cards or watch the market. The safe part for you is simple: stay logged out of Ultimate Team on every device until the order page says done, then change your EA password.
In your club you'll see the coin balance rise, sometimes in steps, and a few cards may pass through your transfer list during the trades. That's normal. When it's over, the order page shows the delivery as complete, and the 72-hour guarantee starts from that moment.
How Player Auction delivery works
With Player Auction, you keep your login. You list a player card on the Transfer Market at a price agreed with the seller, and the seller buys it. The coins arrive as the sale price minus EA's 5% tax, and the speed depends on when you list. Our partner has Player Auction switched off right now, so checkout doesn't offer it. If it returns, we'll add it to the order card.
What affects FC 27 coins delivery time
Size comes first. A 100K top-up usually needs one pass, while a million or more is split into batches so every trade stays an ordinary size, which takes longer. Busy hours on the Transfer Market can slow trades a little. Sign-in checks matter too: if EA asks for another code, the order waits until you add one. And the most common delay is a session clash: opening the game, the Web App or the Companion app ends the agent's session.
How to follow your order
The order page shows the status of your delivery. If you need more detail, live chat answers around the clock and can check where a batch is. Have your order number ready.
If delivery is late
First, make sure Ultimate Team is closed everywhere and your backup codes are still valid. If both are fine, contact chat: the team checks the order with the agent and tells you what's happening.
